Jump start your career with Crandall’s Master of Management (MM). This program offers students a solid foundation of business training and leadership development to prepare for a career in the business world. The Master of Management is designed for students from a variety of educational backgrounds, allowing those with a bachelor’s degree from nearly any discipline to apply. This program not only enhances your management skills but also provides opportunities to build relationships and expand your network through an international classroom experience.

Program Structure

The Master of Management is a two-year, 36 credit-hour program that is structured to accommodate students' diverse needs. Here are some key features of the program:

  • Open to students with a Bachelor’s degree from various disciplines (e.g., BA, BSc, BEd, BTh).
  • Students typically take 3 courses per semester, usually completing the program in 20 months.
  • Courses are delivered through a mix of in-person and online formats, providing flexibility for students.
  • Students are typically in class one day per week, allowing for personal and professional commitments.
  • There is a one-semester break after the second semester of study.
  • Internship pathway available for eligible students.
  • Elective courses and an Applied Research Project option are also available.

 

This program is completed in a structured cohort model, allowing students to study alongside peers from around the world. Successful completion of the program makes international students eligible to apply for the Government of Canada’s three-year Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).
